About Finca Monte Alto

This coffee comes from Finca Monte Alto, in Tarrazú, produced by Gerardo Arias. The farm is part of the direct coffee project, a family business that does everything in-house – cultivating, processing, and making decisions. Monte Alto is located high up, where the altitude and climate slow down everything – maturation, drying, decisions – and give the coffee time to develop. It's a natural coffee made with calm, experience, and a simple idea: let the coffee speak for itself.
