This coffee comes from Arbegona, in Sidama, an area that in recent years has established itself for the quality of its high-altitude coffees. This batch is processed at the Shamatanto station, established in 2023, with coffee sourced from approximately 200 small producers. It grows above 2,200 meters and undergoes anaerobic fermentation and slow drying. A vibrant coffee, full of fruit and with that clear energy that so well defines Ethiopia.
