About Santa Rita

This coffee comes from Finca Santa Rita, in Faijanes, a farm dating back to 1968. Rita Graciela Cohen produces a natural high-altitude coffee, working with the selection of ripe cherries, anaerobic fermentation in the cherry, and slow air drying using the sleeping bag technique.

In the cup, notes of cocoa, strawberry, blackcurrant, blood orange, and green tea. A vibrant, expressive, and well-defined coffee.
