About Alaka Korchema

This coffee comes from Hambella Wamenna, in Guji, southern Ethiopia, a high-altitude area where coffee grows surrounded by forest and natural shade.

Here, small producers work in semi-forest systems, allowing the coffee to ripen with time and balance. The result is a vibrant and expressive coffee, with well-present fruit notes and a clean acidity that brings energy to the cup.
