This coffee comes from Pitalito, in Huila, and is the result of the work of several producers linked to the Satus project, coordinated by Brayan. Here, more than 80 families explore different ways of fermenting and drying coffee to reveal new profiles of the region. In this batch, the cherries undergo a brief oxidation before controlled drying. A direct and expressive natural, which perfectly showcases the energy of southern Huila.
