About Karongi

This coffee comes from Ruronzi Farm in western Rwanda, a young farm established a few years ago with a simple idea: to produce coffee and train new producers. The farm also functions as a school connected to the cultivation process, where processes are experimented with and future generations are trained. This batch undergoes anaerobic fermentation and slow drying on raised beds.
