Nyagishiru

Nyagishiru

It is in the north of Burundi, in the town of Nyagishiru (Buhinyuza), it was built in 2016 and its manager is Ndayishimiye Hussein.
During the year he has a total of 7 people working full time but in high season they go up to 170 people.
Its annual production of cherries is 600 MT and the average number of days of drying in the sun for the natural process is 20-25 days.
