About Las Brisas

Las Brisas is located in the Los Arados community, and its name comes from the fact that the farm is located in an area that generates a constant breeze. The farm's cultivation is carried out in a sustainable manner, respecting the natural habitats of the
local fauna and protecting the surrounding water sources and flora. To provide shade for the coffee trees, native forest species, mosses and fruit trees are planted. Hugo oversees all stages of the process, from harvesting to bagging the coffee. Passionate about coffee culture, he likes to innovate, learn new cultivation techniques and apply them to improve the quality of his lots.
