About Kuria

Kuria is a naturally processed batch, anaerobically fermented with yeast.
Kuria is located near the washing station, where purchasing stations have been set up to facilitate cherry delivery by farmers. It was decided that districts would be processed separately for transparency and to identify areas for improvement. The proposed goal is to provide training in seedling planting and agronomy for any districts experiencing difficulties during each harvest.
